HR Manager

Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Handle onboarding, appointment letters, employee documentation and exits.
Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism and employee discipline.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
Develop and monitor employee KPIs/KRAs and performance reviews.
Handle employee grievances, warnings, show-cause notices and disciplinary matters.
Maintain project/location-wise manpower deployment and vacancy status.
Ensure HR documentation and applicable statutory compliances including PF/ESIC.
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Maintain complete and updated employee records.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR MIS for Management.
Coordinate with Project Heads and Centre Heads for manpower and HR requirements.
