About us
Vishwas is a project initiated by the Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters (Pavitra Atma Sevika Sangh). We are dedicated to serving humanity through various initiatives, including women's empowerment, healthcare, education, social work, counselling, special care for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV), and promotion of justice, peace, integrity of creation, and sustainable development. The project of Vishwas was initiated in response to the prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Indore, Khandwa, and the neighbouring districts. Having completed twenty-three years of humanitarian service in the field of HIV/AIDS, Vishwas is committed to providing essential services to PLHIV, enabling them to lead dignified lives within the society. The organisation adopts a holistic approach towards supporting PLHIV, offering comprehensive assistance to address their diverse needs.

Dewas District – 01 Post
Position: Field-level Project Staff
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
Essential Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Must have an Android smartphone.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular home visits and telephone follow-up with beneficiaries.
Facilitate beneficiaries in accessing government welfare schemes and assist them with required documentation.
Coordinate with Care & Support Centre (CSC) and ART Centre staff for effective service delivery.
Participate in district-level meetings, review meetings and training programmes.
Plan and conduct HIV/AIDS awareness programmes in schools, colleges, villages and community/public places.
Maintain beneficiary records, project documentation and reports as per project guidelines.
Submit timely activity reports, travel reports and other project-related documents to the project manager.
Perform other project-related responsibilities assigned by the organisation.

Preferred Skills
Experience in community health, HIV/AIDS, public health or social development projects will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Forms and Android-based applications will be an added advantage.
Salary & Travel Allowance
Monthly Salary: 10,000/-
Travel Allowance – Dewas District: 2,400/- per month
